The tract lays good and is virtually all useable. Improvements include a 1,008 sq.ft. single story ranch style frame home that was built in 1966 by the Claussens. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, a full kitchen with cherry cabinets and Formica counter tops and appliances. The house has a full basement , enclosed back entry way, masonite siding and a shingle roof. The home has a LPG hot water furnace with individual room registers and thermostats. The floors are hardwood, carpet and tile. Other improvements include a 24' x 24' detached two car garage with concrete floor and two individual overhead doors. There is a large old style barn with lots of character, an open front machine shed, a functional grain bin and other useful farm and storage buildings. Lies directly across the county road from Tract 1 in Twp 58N, R11W, Section 20. This tract has frontage all along the south side on Shelby County Road 204.
