The real estate is consisting of a single 6.56 acre tract of land and a beautiful 2,560 sq. ft. ranch style home, located in Township 54, Range 10, Section 36 in Monroe County, MO.

The property is level, basically all open and currently in grass with a few scattered trees, wooded fence rows and a pond, it has frontage all along the east side on MCR 715.

The house was constructed in 1980, it is a quality, stick built, 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, structure that is well designed, comfortable, functional, and efficient, and has been occupied by the Hendrens for 8 years.

NOTE: In the southeast corner of this property is a 200' x 123' parcel of land that has been surveyed off and retained by a local family for a private burial site. This parcel will not be conveyed with the Hendren property.
