Improvements include a single story frame house that was built in 1955 by the Jones. The house has 3 bedrooms with cedar lined closets and one completely remodeled handicap accessible bathroom. The house has a kitchen with wooden cabinets and a large dining/living room. The house has beautiful uncovered hardwood floors. The house has a full basement, and an updated Lennox LPG forced air furnace with a central air conditioner and water softener.
In addition for convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer on the main floor. The exterior of the home has vinyl siding and a shingle roof. There is a deep well on the property with the pressure tank in the basement of the house. The house is also hooked to a sewer system.
In addition to the deep well, rural water runs along Monroe County Road 706 along the south side of the farm and the farm has several ponds on it.

Possession of the outbuildings will be retained by David Jones until 30 days after closing. Possession of the house will be given at closing.

The Jones Family will retain all the 2017 farm income and pay all the 2017 real estate property taxes.

The Jones Family will be placing a deed restriction on the entire farm, restricting the building or operation of any type of CAFO on the property.
